Brad Van Meter

James has been with our State Farm office for 15 years and is dedicated to helping new & existing customers with all of their insurance needs, including auto, home, & life. He has extensive knowledge of all things State Farm and is an excellent at coming up with a solution to fit anyone's needs. He is our office's first point of contact for most new customers.

Renee has been with the office for 3 years and has taken leaps and bounds to become familiar with everything State Farm. From Account Representative to Office Manager, Renee can figure out just about anything. A cat lover with a soft heart for taking in strays, her free time is mostly consumed by her fur babies. She is also an aspiring gardener and photographer; if you get a chance to stop into the office, check out her plants! She is a lifetime resident of Des Moines, IA, and plans to live & raise her family here as well!

Brittany is our remote worker & does a tremendous job of keeping all the office's ducks in a row, as well as notifying customers of requested documentation or information. She also delegates most of the tasks received to each member in the office to ensure all responsibilities are accounted for. A conversation with her might be rare, but she is very knowledgeable and friendly!

Emma has been with the office for a few months and has been on a roll with learning new skills and becoming knowledgeable with all that is State Farm. She enjoys making connections with customers and having conversations with them, such a social butterfly! She is an ISU Alumni who will forever be an Iowa State fan; Go Cyclones! She is a very outgoing, adventurous person who enjoys spending her time outside and taking in all the views Iowa has to offer! She is also fond of her stay-in days, as well as traveling home to visit family and friends! Stop in some time to say hello!

Sarah is our part-time account representative and has been with our office since November of 2023. She has come to our office with 13 years of insurance experience, including three different insurance licenses: personal lines (home & auto), commercial (business) and life insurance. Her most recent job was working with pet insurance. Sarah is a mother of two kids, four fur-babies and loves spending her evenings riding on the back of her husband’s motorcycle.
